What You Will Do:
• Provide outstanding customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text, ensuring every interaction leaves customers satisfied.
• Respond to a high volume of low-complexity enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Analyse and resolve customer issues in response to higher complexity enquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution teams to manage specific customer orders.
• Deliver technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service centre, fostering a positive customer experience.
• Work independently with general supervision, solving problems and influencing outcomes within your area of expertise.
