Your key duties will include:\n\nOperating high-volume colour and black & white devices via network connections.\nutilising finishing equipment such as wire/comb binding, guillotining, and laminating.\nAdhering to tight deadlines to meet client requirements.\nPerforming administrative tasks, including data input.\nManaging incoming and outgoing deliveries with precision.\nHandling inquiries from clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.\nUndertaking general mailroom duties to support the team.\nEngaging in some manual handling tasks as needed.\nSetting up meeting and conference rooms to create welcoming environments.
\n\nCandidate Requirements:\nTo thrive in this role, you should have:\n\nProven experience in reprographics or a related field.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.\nA proactive attitude and a willingness to assist your team.Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
