You will be responsible for carrying out PPM/ reactive work on HVAC equipment utilising your previous commercial experience to do so. Below are more details on this excellent new opportunity: Responsibilities:You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas and air conditioning Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties Self delivery of smaller installations Inspecting air conditioning systems.Diagnosing faulty equipment.Service and maintenance of air conditioning unitsInstallation of air conditioning unitsHaving good written and spoken communication skills.To manage PPM, Day works, Statutory compliance and Call-outs as appropriate.Service and maintenance of air conditioning units include : VRF systems/chillers/heat pumpsCover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
