W orking for an established professional property company specialising in Development, Investment and Asset Management. The perfect candidate for this Lettings Negotiaor role will have previous experience in, and ideally currently be working in, a similar position; have a great track record in residential lettings and be capable negotiating fully managed AST’s. You will be determined, proactive, love lettings and have a positive approach to business: familiarity with the local area would be ideal, and an ARLA qualification would be beneficial.
