About this opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a system and learning support assistant coordinator within our Organisational Development and Workforce Training team. This role will appeal to applicants with interest and knowledge of ICT systems, Office 365, administration processes, finance and customer service.
Responsibilities: Coordinate, record and monitor data input in support of learning activities to enable accurate management information. Collaborate with council colleagues and external partners, support training requests, day‑to‑day operational tasks and work on systems including LMS, Service Now, Trent and E5 Finance system.
Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills, personable approach, flexible approach, strong organisational, ICT and administration skills, knowledge of Office 365 suite.
