Join our team as an Accounts Administrator at Imperial, one of the largest kitchenware suppliers in the UK home to Scoville, Eaziglide & DOJO. We are rapidly expanding our team and are in search of a dedicated individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our finance operations. This is an ideal position for someone not looking to advance up the ladder but wants a secure, stable but purposeful position.
The primary duties of this position include:
* Processing daily transactions
* Generating daily sales reports
* Maintaining sales ledger and purchase ledger
* Providing ad hoc management information and reporting
* Assisting with day-to-day functions of the Finance Team
Beyond the core responsibilities, there will be opportunities for involvement in various aspects of the broader finance function, making this role suitable for candidates eager to broaden their experience and skills.
You will report directly to the Finance Controller and will receive comprehensive training and support across all facets of the role. Nonetheless, you will be encouraged to take on responsibilities independently from the start.
Proactivity, initiative, and effective communication skills, both internally and externally, are essential for success in this role. Having worked in an accounts or administration role previously would be greatly beneficial.
