As a Care Assistant, you will:
* Show respect for residents’ privacy, independence, dignity, and choice while helping them at night.
* Assist residents in getting ready for bed and in the morning.
* Support residents who need help getting dressed, undressed, washed up, bathed, and using the toilet.
* Help residents with difficulty moving or other physical limitations, including the use of aids and personal equipment.
* Help residents who require support with personal hygiene, such as those with incontinence.
* Follow and promote Greensleeves Care’s workplace values of respect, openness, and responsibility.
To apply, you will need:
* A comprehension of the necessities of inhabitants.
* Knowledge of the importance of maintaining privacy.
* A diploma at care level 2, or an equivalent from the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) is preferred.
* Experience in giving care.
* Experience working with older people.
