Join Our Team:
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Facilities & Logistics to lead our integrated logistics services, including transport, waste, linen, post, materials management, and warehousing. Acting as Deputy to the Associate Director of Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our facilities portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the transformation of logistics services, embedding innovation and sustainability.
Oversee operational performance across multiple service lines.
Drive strategic initiatives including fleet optimisation, digital tracking, and infection control compliance.
Champion workforce development, training, and succession planning.
Act as Deputy Associate Director of Facilities, ensuring continuity of leadership across all FM services.
I deal Candidate:
Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in Facilities Management or related field.
Membership of a relevant professional body (IWFM, CILT UK, etc.).
Significant experience leading logistics or facilities operations in complex organisations.
Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with proven ability to deliver transformation programmes.
Knowledge of statutory compliance, sustainability, and governance frameworks.
