Your Role as a Roadside Mechanic
As a Roadside Mechanic, you will:
* Handle diverse breakdowns and technical issues, showcasing your technical expertise.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our members feel supported and valued.
* Work face-to-face with members, delivering the high-quality service they expect from RAC.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach to service.
* A full UK driving licence.
