About The Role You'll join as the site's EHS Manager, leading environmental, health & safety strategy at a key UK facility. Reporting into the Regulatory Compliance Director, you'll oversee a small team and ensure full compliance with UK legislation, while embedding a proactive safety culture in a 24/7 industrial operation. Responsibilities Lead all site-wide EHS strategy, compliance and policy implementation Develop and deliver employee and contractor training, toolbox talks and workshops Manage ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards, audits, and improvements Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation Represent the site in corporate EHS meetings and liaise with regulatory authorities Drive performance through EHS KPIs, reporting, and management engagement Oversee COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, CDM compliance and maintain emergency plans Occasional travel required to an off-site storage facility Requirements NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification IOSH Managing Safely Lead Auditor qualification Proven experience in manufacturing, recycling, or waste management environments In-depth knowledge of UK HSE Legislation and ISO standards Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK without sponsorship Package Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Company contributory pension scheme 25 days annual holiday 8 public holidays Cash healthcare plan Employee of the Month and Year Recognition Scheme Full 40 paid hours/week including paid daily breaks Candidate Location: Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry, Rugby, Tiddington, Southam, Kenilworth.
