About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to brand standards
2. Replenish amenities, linens, and guest supplies
3. Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
4. Ensure all rooms are ready on time for guest arrivals
5. Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
6. Support the wider Housekeeping team when needed
Salary: £28,921 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
