This Higher Level Teaching Assistant role is a full time role starting as soon as possible and the ideal candidate will ideally have working in SEN schools and provisions.
Key Responsibilities as an Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
1. Provide 1:1 and group support for children, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their goals.
2. Assist in implementing tailored learning and behaviour plans for pupils with a range of needs.
3. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
4. Support pupils' emotional and social development, encouraging independence and confidence.
5. Adapt to new settings quickly, bringing energy and a proactive approach to each school you work in.
What We're Looking For in a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
