?Our client is a leading provider of forklift sales, servicing, and solutions, based in Dewsbury, to help them grow their mobile service team. This well-established business prides itself on delivering reliable, professional support to clients across Dewsbury and the surrounding areas. They are now looking for a Mobile Forklift Engineer to join their expanding operations team.
As a Mobile Forklift Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of forklift and warehouse equipment at customer sites. You will be based from the Dewsbury depot but will travel across the local area, providing hands-on technical support to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Overview
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
* Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs on various forklift models.
* Complete service reports, maintain accurate records, and update the depot with job progress.
* Travel to customer sites using a company vehicle and ensure all work is completed safely.
* Liaise with the depot and customers to schedule visits and communicate technical advice.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
