They are seeking customer-focused candidates to join their existing Customer Service/Sales team of 12. Key duties will include: * Handling high volumes of incoming calls from customers with new sales enquiries or queries/amendments to existing orders * Finding out about the customer's requirements and discussing relevant packages/prices * Processing sales onto the CRM system and taking payments * Promoting and upselling additional services * Building rapport with customers and understanding their individual needs/overcoming objections * Following up warm leads received via the website to convert into a sale * Handling after-sales queries and complaints * Working to team and individual sales targets (retailer gift vouchers awarded for targets achieved) Hours of work: * Monday-Friday (9am-5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch) * 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-5pm)...
