Customer Sales Advisor - Outbound (Stoke) – Permanent, full time with a fixed weekly shift pattern. Location: Stoke (Remote – Working from home). Start: 15 September 2025.

As a remote outbound sales advisor in our virtual contact centre, you will help customers safeguard their valuable household electrical items through our insurance cover protection options. You will provide the features and benefits of our protection plans to customers, whilst addressing any questions or concerns to ensure the very best outcome for customers during each interaction.
This is a remote role working from home, but you’ll be part of a supportive team that recognises and values your contributions. The position offers a strong opportunity for career growth within sales and customer service.
What’s next: At D&G we provide the tools and training needed for a fulfilling career, including eLearning, facilitator-led sessions, role reality sessions, and call listening/taking exercises during the training period.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Self-Driven – Motivated by a sales environment, aiming for the right customer sales outcomes in line with FCA requirements.
* Empathetic and an active listener – Understand customer needs to recommend suitable products and build trust.
* Resilient and adaptable – Able to handle rejection and regulatory changes while remaining calm and focused.

* Clear communicator – Explain products transparently and avoid misleading language.
