Job Overview
As an event and wedding co-ordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring that events run smoothly and our clients are happy. This position requires a blend of creativity, organisation, physical energy and excellent communication skills.
Duties
* Collaborate with clients to ensure event timings are on track and all needs are met
* Ensure the Venue is looking great and working well on the day
* Work with the caterers to make sure service is smooth and on time
* Liaise with AV teams to ensure set up is on time and working well
* Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
* Event set-up and de-rig when required, this includes some moving of furniture
Requirements
* Proven organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.
* Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous.
* A passion for creating beautiful events and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 per week
