Overview

Talent and Performance Partner (Dual Site) at Center Parcs. Based at one of Elveden Forest (Suffolk) or Woburn Forest (Bedfordshire) with regular travel to the other village and occasional visits to Forest House (Head Office). Role is to proactively support development opportunities for colleagues to drive engagement through career and personal development.


Responsibilities

* Compliance: Support the optimum delivery and impact of the learning proposition while identifying opportunities to evolve it.
* Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple projects, manage stakeholders, timelines, and resources to deliver impactful learning experiences on schedule.
* Content Design & Facilitation: Develop engaging learning content and facilitate workshops and sessions, independently or with external providers.
* DE&I: Ensure learning is inclusive, accessible, and impactful from content creation to delivery.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and the wider People team to align L&D initiatives with business needs and culture goals.
* Data & Insights: Use skills gap analysis and impact measurement to evaluate programs and identify opportunities to enhance learning strategies.
* Team Leadership & Support: Guide and support junior team members and apprentices; support managers to foster a collaborative, high-performing function.
* Culture & Innovation: Contribute to shaping culture by supporting initiatives around emerging talent, internal mobility, and new learning technologies, including AI adoption.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in Talent and/or Learning & Development with a strong generalist background, capable of delivering a variety of L&D programs and projects.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Strong facilitation and content design abilities.
* Passion for L&D and a growth mindset; leadership development, early careers, and mentoring experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work with data to conduct skills gap analysis and measure learning impact.
* Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and with junior team members.


Hours, Location & Travel

This is a full-time role with working patterns to support operational needs and work-life balance. Core hours are typically 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Role requires regular travel between Elveden Forest and Woburn Forest.
