Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their dedicated team. Your new role
1. Ensure the efficient operation of sales and administrative processes in collaboration with the Sales and Service Coordinator.
2. Follow established procedures and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Respond promptly and professionally to stakeholder enquiries and requirements.
4. Monitor delegate arrivals and manage badge allocation.
5. Support colleagues during external audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other awarding body inspections.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients locally and nationally to supportmercial growth.
7. Use initiative to identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence.
8. Maintain accurate, timely, and appropriately shared records in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
9. Handlemercially sensitive materials with a high level of confidentiality and security.
10. Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database.
11. Provide information, advice, and guidance to clients throughout their engagement with our services.
12. Collaborate with the Sales and Support Coordinator to identify underperforming areas and promote relevant offerings.
13. Conduct targeted tele-sales campaigns to meet monthly sales targets.
14. Represent the organisation at face-to-face marketing events.
15. Manage scheduling for instructors and associate instructors.
16. Liaise with other departments within the wider group to cross-sell services.
17. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet safety, financial, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
18. Uphold high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
19. Participate in team meetings and team-building activities.
20. Maintain continuous professional development in line with industry standards.
21. Safeguard the health, well-being, and safety of all students and staff, including vulnerable individuals, by following safeguarding policies and procedures.
22. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion for all students, staff, and visitors.
23. Adhere to the Prevent Duty by identifying and reporting concerns related to radicalisation and promoting British values.

What you'll need to succeed
25. Experience of sales administration and customer relationship management in amercial training environment
26. Experience of sales order processing, payment handling and invoicing
27. Ability to carry out market research andpetitor analysis / benchmarking activities
28. Capable of correctly and accurately receiving and implementing written or verbal instructions
29. Excellentmunication, negotiation and organisational skills
30. Demonstrates amitment to delivering excellent service to delegates and employers.
31. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
32. Acts with integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility in all interactions.
33. An understanding of Safeguarding and Prevent and amitment to creating and maintaining a safe environment for all learners
