Interim Group Reporting Manager – Listed Group | Leeds | 6-Month Contract
We’re partnering with a highly respected listed business based in Leeds to appoint an Interim Group Reporting Manager during a key period of transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and qualified professional with a proven track record in delivering complex group consolidations across multiple subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical consolidations across a diverse group structure
* Prepare insightful board reports with clear commentary and analysis
* Support potential M&A activity and integration
* Liaise with internal stakeholders including FP&A, HR, and Legal
What We’re Looking For:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience
* Ability to communicate effectively across senior stakeholders
* Experience in listed environments is highly desirable
