Position: CQC Registered Dental Practice Operations Manager
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Days: Full Time Monday - Friday
Pay: Upto £40,000
Heart Dental have an exciting position for a Practice Operations & CQC Manager who has had experience within the Dental field.
Duties:-
* Post Holder for CQC Compliance & Information Governance using Dental Compliance
* Designated Safeguard Lead, Fire & Safety Officer, First Aider
* Auditing - Clinical Team, Reception, Patient Journey
* Human resources including management of the team
* General administration including rota management and various email accounts
* Facilities management
* Supporting the Business Development Manager & Principal Dentist with adhoc duties when required
Attributes:-
* High attention to detail
* Methodical
* Proactive
* Positive attitude
* Able to work alone & as part of a Team
* High standard of the written word for compiling documentation
* High standard of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
* Working knowledge of Dental Compliance would be an advantage
* The position would suit a Dental Practice Manager who would like to progress their career.
