Are you early in your freight forwarding career and ready for your next step?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable international freight forwarder in the Heathrow area, looking to strengthen their ocean team with a Junior Import or Export Operator.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of UK freight forwarding experience who wants to deepen their knowledge in ocean freight operations within a supportive and professional environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the end-to-end handling of ocean import/export shipments
* Coordinating with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams
* Preparing documentation and updating internal systems
* Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process
What we're looking for:
* 1–2 years in a freight forwarding operations role (ocean preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
* A keen interest in growing within the international logistics sector
You'll be joining a well-established forwarder with a great team culture, modern systems, and real opportunities to learn and progress.
