Hi, I'm Alyson, the Nursery Manager at Grimsbury Manor.
At Grimsbury Manor, we're proud to have an experienced and passionate team with a deep understanding of early years education. Inside our nursery, you'll find our children exploring, marvelling, and asking questions-developing a real love for learning. Our children spend dedicated time outdoors every day, connecting with nature and learning through enriching, hands-on experiences.
Our recently refurbished nursery blends sustainability with history, preserving the charm of the original architecture while creating a warm, inspiring environment for our children to thrive in.

About the role:
As an Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
* Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
* Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
* Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
About you:
* A true love for child development and care
* Able and willing to work in a team
* Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
* High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Must haves:
* Early Years qualification at Level 3
* Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
