With full occupancy and no reliance on agency staff, Mossview is a well-run, stable, and welcoming home offering expert Residential, Nursing, and Respite care for older adults. We’re proud of the trust we’ve built in our community and are now looking for a passionate Clinical Deputy Manager to help us lead with care and confidence.
What We Offer

What you’ll be doing: As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a central role in maintaining the exceptional clinical standards we’re known for. Supporting and guiding our nursing and care team, you’ll help deliver truly person-centred care while creating an environment where colleagues feel valued, confident, and supported.
You’ll be a vital part of our leadership team working alongside an experienced and approachable Home Manager — and stepping up to lead the home in their absence when needed. Whether it's mentoring staff, engaging families, or solving clinical challenges, your contribution will make a meaningful difference every single day.

What you’ll bring: Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration
* A strong clinical background in elderly care
* Experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating care teams
* Calm, proactive leadership with excellent communication skills
* Empathy, integrity, and a shared commitment to quality
