We are Brazilian documentary-style filmmakers currently based in Colombia, looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to secure a brand partnership for a cinematic documentary video project.
Our goal is to close at least one Colombian brand within the next 2 months for a high-end, international-style documentary film that tells the story of the brand with strong cinematic language and emotional depth.
This is a commission-based role (20% per closed deal) with strong earning potential.

We are currently in Colombia for a limited time and want to leverage this opportunity to produce a documentary-style brand film with a Colombian company ready to invest in high-quality storytelling.
Your Role
You will act as the bridge between us and potential brands.
Your main objective:
•Identify and approach qualified Colombian brands
•Pitch our documentary-style brand film concept
•Handle sales conversations and negotiations
•Close at least one deal within 2 months
•Coordinate initial expectations between client and our team
If you close more than one client — even better.
Ideal Candidate
Required:
•Proven experience in sales (especially service-based sales)
•Fluent Spanish (native or near-native)
•Strong negotiation and closing skills
•Comfortable working fully remote
•Performance-driven mindset
Strong Plus:
•Experience selling creative services
•Experience in video production, marketing, branding, or advertising
•Existing network of Colombian brands
•Already having 1+ potential leads in Colombia
Location:
•Does NOT need to be based in Colombia
•Must be able to sell to Colombian companies effectively
Compensation
•Commission-based only
•20% of every closed deal
•Unlimited earning potential
•Primary goal: close 1 brand within 2 months
•Additional deals = additional commission
Timeline
We are physically in Colombia for the next 3 months and want to film during this period.
The urgency is real — we need someone proactive and fast-moving.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
