Key skills / responsibilities:
* Support the Service Delivery Team in achieving high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate the flow of customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain service continuity.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
* Assist with the training and development of junior team members.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
