A loyal client to Sphere is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to commence a new role with immediate effect.
Your new company is an established Regional Main Contractor, specializing in three distinctive divisions - Construction, Shopfitting / Interiors, and General Works. This role is aimed at my client's General Works arm, typically overseeing projects up to £2M. This will involve managing multiple schemes at around that value.
My client is happy to consider a Project Manager looking to make a step up or a candidate already working in a Contracts Management capacity.
