Rate Recruitment have partnered with a public sector organisation in Northamptonshire who are looking to appoint a Director Of MIS.
The Director will take strategic and operational leadership for the College’s data systems, Individualised Learning Record (ILR) and funding functions. With responsibility for maximising income, ensuring full regulatory compliance with relevant funding bodies, and delivering high-performing, integrated Management Information Systems.
The Director leads the technical and ILR teams to drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation in reporting, data structures, and digital services. This post plays a key role in enabling effective decision-making, forecasting, and curriculum planning through the provision of accurate, timely, and actionable data. The Director ensures operational continuity across enrolment, examinations, and wider MIS functions.
Experience leading MIS teams in Further Education is essential
The starting salary is up to £60k on a hybrid basis with generous holiday entitlement and pension contributions.
