Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Greater Manchester (Bury, Bolton, Salford, Trafford, Manchester, Stockport, Tameside, Oldham and Rochdale)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Days: Weekdays (Flexible)
Working Hours: 08:15 – 15:30
Pay: £95 - £120 per day (PAYE and Umbrella options available)
Brite Education are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our secondary school partners in the across the Greater Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals looking to make a difference in the classroom and be part of a friendly and supportive team.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Lead pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects in the absence of the regular class teacher.
* Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, managing student behaviour effectively.
* Support and motivate students to complete their work to a high standard.
* Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure smooth lesson delivery and continuity of learning.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
* A minimum of 3 months’ experience working in a UK school environment.
* A degree in any subject.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to obtain one).
* The right to work in the UK.
* Two professional references.
* An up-to-date CV covering the past 10 years.
