The role is focused solely on protection advice, covering income protection, life insurance, critical illness cover, and wider family and business protection needs. Client work is driven by warm leads and internal referrals, including regular introductions from mortgage advisers, allowing advisers to focus on advice delivery rather than prospecting. The position involves managing protection cases from initial discussion through to placement, with regular interaction with insurers, underwriters, and internal colleagues. Protection advice is embedded as a core part of the firm’s proposition and is fully integrated into the wider advice process.
