Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site position for a Car Sales Advisor located in Ilford. The Car Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting new and used vehicles, understanding their unique needs, and providing professional advice to ensure customer satisfaction. Day‑to‑day activities include managing customer inquiries, conducting test drives, presenting vehicle features and pricing options, negotiating sales, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
* Strong communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs
* Proven customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and a customer‑first approach
* Sales experience, including negotiation and achieving performance targets
* Willingness to participate in training and develop knowledge about vehicle products and services
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Driving licence and passion for the automotive industry are considered assets
