Senior Physiotherapist (Bank)
Location: The Harbour Hospital, Poole

Salary: Up to £20.50 per hour (depending on experience, training, and qualification)
Overview
The Harbour Hospital in Poole is part of Circle Health Group. We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team on a bank role, covering staff absences and peak periods.
Responsibilities
* Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).
* Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
* Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, protocols, and outcome measures within your area.
* Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory, professional, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC).
* Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and carers to promote engagement, education, and self-management.
Qualifications
* HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
* Extensive post-registration experience including complex caseload management and a defined clinical specialty.
* Strong leadership, mentorship, and organisational skills.
* Evidence of audit, service development, or quality improvement contributions.
* Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team working ability.
