An international law firm is looking for a new business programme coordinator in their Birmingham office to support their new sales transformation programme, which has been launched following a successful pilot scheme for 2 years. This is an incentivised programme that rewards new business successes. You will support this programme globally, and this role will give you the opportunity to liaise with extremely senior people in the business. Key duties of the role will involve: Manage the file-sharing database, application tracker, financial calculator, etc Maintain the internal web page, including global policies and internal communications Prepare application summaries and lead application calls Prepare monthly reports for the firm's leadership The successful candidate should have a background in a B2B environment, you must be able to communicate confidently with key stakeholders and be very methodical when approaching tasks. You must be good with numbers, and have excellent organisational and attention to detail. This could suit either a PA / EA from a law firm, who has experience dealing with senior stakeholders and is looking for something different!
