We are currently seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join the technically proficient and collaborative IT department. In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting clients at a 2nd/3rd Line Level for one of the major clients, as well as assisting with other day-to-day support of the organisations customer base. As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to mentor Junior IT Engineers and collaborate with the IT Director on various projects, including data migrations, cloud migrations, Office365, and AzureAD migrations. Additionally, you will resolve escalated tickets from the 1st Line team and support Senior IT Engineers in their project work.
