Do you have the patience, resilience, and passion to support young people with behavioural challenges?
Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Specialist Tutor to provide one-to-one or small group tuition to pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
Working across Cotgrave and the wider Nottinghamshire area, you’ll help re-engage learners with education, build their confidence, and support them in achieving positive outcomes—both in and out of the classroom.

What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with pupils with behavioural needs (e.g. SEMH, ADHD, trauma-informed approaches)
* A calm, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Ability to build trust and rapport with disengaged learners
* A teaching qualification or substantial experience in education, youth work, or support roles
* Willingness to travel locally across Nottinghamshire
