As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, You Will:
Provide targeted in-class and small group support to pupils displaying challenging behaviour
Help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills
Promote a calm, structured, and encouraging learning environment
Support the class teacher in implementing consistent behaviour strategies
Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience supporting children with challenging behaviour in a school or similar setting
Demonstrates a calm, patient, and resilient approach
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Is confident working within a mainstream primary classroom
