This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate leader to operationally and professionally manage MSK Physiotherapy staff within East Quadrant area.
The MSK-Physiotherapy Managers work cohesively to support the Head of Physiotherapy Services to promote high quality, equitable and standardised services across the Board area within a changing and complex environment.
The Quadrant MSK-Physiotherapy Manager leads a team of clinicians including team leaders, Advanced Practitioners and specialist staff in delivering a full range of MSK Physiotherapy services to patients in both hospital and community settings within East Glasgow geographic quadrant. The post holder may be expected to involve a complex clinical MSK caseload; have a large operational and professional management remit within MSK and support the Head of Service in strategic leadership of the MSK service.
The post holder will also provide professional support to clinicians managed within Community Rehabilitation and Enablement multi professional teams.
