2. Communicate with payment processors, cardholders, and others as needed
3. Apply bank and card industry regulations in resolving disputes
4. Enter and maintain chargebacks in the management system
5. Develop strong relationships with key partners
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years experience in fraud/banking/disputes or relevant field
2. Ability to work independently and with multiple deadlines
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proactive and able to manage pressured situations
