We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader based at our multi-user site in Ollerton, where you’ll lead your own team and make a difference. You will be responsible for training colleagues, adhering to Health & Safety rules, and meeting operational requirements.
This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours of 4 on 4 off days, 7am to 7pm.
Pay, benefits, and more: Salary of £29,427 per annum, 20 days holiday including bank holidays, flexible dental insurance, pension scheme, 24/7 online GP, life assurance, employee assistance program, and access to MyBenefits platform with discounts and schemes.
Typical daily responsibilities:
* Managing and motivating your team to achieve KPIs
* Leading health & safety initiatives and ensuring compliance
* Managing resources effectively
* Delivering shift briefs and handovers
Requirements to succeed at GXO:
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced FMCG, automation, or multi-channel environment
* Proven ability to meet targets and manage a team
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems
* Knowledge of health & safety and compliance legislation
