Our client, an award winning and leading law firm are now seeking an experienced team leader to join their firm. As a team leader you will be responsible for delivering high-level Executive Assistant support to a small allocation of Senior level Partners, as well as managing a team of EA’s, PA’s and Team Assistants, serving as the main point of contact for the team.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as gatekeeper for fee earners
* Diary management
* Travel arrangements
* Supporting with business development and marketing
* Onboarding new team members working closely with HR
* Conducting performance reviews
* Mentoring and coaching team members, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback
* Resource management
* Looking after the wellbeing of team members
* Project management and report monitoring
* Resolving any workflow issues
* Working closely with the practice head to continuously monitor and improve secretarial services
To be considered for this role you must have prior team leader/management experience looking after PAs within a law firm environment. You will be a motivating presence, fostering collaboration and contributing to a supportive and positive workplace culture.
