Business Development Manager - Nestlé Wholesale

Salary: £28,000 to 30,500 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company car
Working: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Location: Surrey, Berkshire and Surrounding Areas
Powerforce is looking for dynamic Business Development Managers to join our Nestlé Wholesale team. You will take ownership of your territory, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in wholesalers across your area, and driving brand growth and visibility.
Using data-driven insights, you will influence stakeholders, increase product availability, and implement activation plans to enhance brand awareness and sales performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, strategy, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit wholesalers across your area and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
2. Use data and insights to influence stakeholders, increasing product availability and visibility
3. Secure additional displays and drive product awareness through strategic positioning
4. Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent gaps in supply
5. Maximise brand awareness and communicate new product opportunities effectively
6. Plan and execute regional activation strategies, including wholesale activation days, trade events, and industry exhibitions
What We’re Looking For:
7. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
8. Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to navigate challenges and take initiative
9. A results-oriented approach, focused on achieving and exceeding targets
10. Proven sales experience, with a track record of driving revenue and managing accounts
11. Experience in developing and implementing regional sales strategies
12. Understanding of B2B sales models, supply chains, and distributor networks
13. A full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months
