IB4U Leeds have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Practice Manager, to join Europe's leading provider of Invisalign at our reputable and award winning company IB4U, located out of Dentozen on Park Place in Leeds.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
* Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
* Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
* Commercial drive; planning & driving initiatives designed to improve revenue for the practice, in line with KPI measurables which you'll have full access to review
* Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
* Deliver staff training & development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing
About the role:
* We are looking for a full-time practice manager for this opportunity
* The working hours for the role will be between the hours 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday, and some weekends

About you:
* We are looking for a candidate with a Dental Management background, in either mixed or private dentistry
* Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience
* Commerciality is key We are looking for a candidate who is confident in leading on practice performance calls, reviewing their own P&L accounts and implementing strategies to ensure improvements are made
* Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC
* Dentally software experience is preferrable
* DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
