Role Description
The primary responsibility of a Partner Development Manager is to identify and acquire new partners that resell Evolve IP solutions in a white label model across the defined target markets throughout EMEA. This includes onboarding new partners and growing the existing partner base. Additionally, the Partner Development Manager provides strategic solutions and commercial guidance to partners and their end-customers. The role requires collaboration with partner accounts at all levels, understanding their needs on a short to medium term basis, and ensuring that the Evolve IP product set remains the preferred voice, contact centre, and collaboration technology solution.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of channel-specific experience
* Ability to work independently
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills
* General understanding of software and Cloud Services
* Unified Communication experience
* Experience working with Salesforce
* Ability to communicate effectively at C-level and understand business drivers
* Enjoys social interactions and entertaining
* High EQ (Emotional Intelligence) level
* Ability to command and engage internal resources to support partners
