Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lean Manufacturing Systems & Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations by applying lean principles, designing efficient systems, and enhancing overall productivity and quality. You will work collaboratively across departments to align processes with business goals and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
· Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
· Implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to reduce production times, increase efficiency, and enhance quality.
· Design and implement systems that improve productivity and reduce defects.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and achieve business objectives.
· Apply statistical methods and performance metrics to analyse and improve operational performance.
· Conduct root cause analysis to resolve manufacturing and assembly issues, optimise material flow, production capacity, project plans, and facility design.
· Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure standardisation and continuous improvement.
· Perform advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, budgeting, and cost evaluation to determine project feasibility.
· Develop and deliver training programs on lean manufacturing techniques, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
· Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing and process engineering.
· Lead and manage quality improvement projects across the organisation.

About You
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and systems engineering.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
· Excellent knowledge of lean tools and methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
· Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing improvement projects.
· Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
