About the Role
As Business & Community Manager, you will lead the club's daily operations while building a thriving padel community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines commercial awareness with genuine people skills.
You'll drive performance, shape the club culture, and ensure every member and guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily club operations and team management
* Drive membership growth and revenue performance
* Build partnerships within the Sheffield community
* Lead marketing initiatives and local outreach
* Deliver exceptional member engagement and retention strategies
* Manage budgets, reporting, and performance targets
* Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has previous management experience (sports, leisure, hospitality, or retail preferred)
* Is commercially minded and performance driven
* Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Is proactive, solution-oriented, and confident making decisions

Experience Coordinator
(Full Time & Part Time Positions Available)
About the Role
As an Experience Coordinator, you are the face of Uno Padel Club Sheffield. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, manage bookings, support events, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.
This is perfect for someone who loves working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome members and guests with energy and professionalism
* Manage bookings, enquiries, and front desk operations
* Support leagues, events, and social activities
* Handle customer queries confidently and efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organised, and vibrant club environment
* Proactively enhance the member experience
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has excellent customer service skills
* Is confident, friendly, and highly organised
* Is proactive and solution focused
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Is flexible with evening and weekend availability
* Has experience in hospitality, sport, leisure, or retail (preferred but not essential)
