Role Summary: Freelance position, working a set number of hours for the gym in return for use of the club to perform your own personal training sessions. Role Aim: To provide exceptional personal training sessions whilst being committed to the Brilliant Basics and assisting the Jetts Club being the most loved 24/7 gym Key Qualifications: Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate Level 3 Personal Training qualification. Current Blue Card or Working with Children Check (if not included in your Cert. III in Fitness) Responsibilities : Strive to ensure every member has an outstanding experience every time they enter the Club To own, follow and respect all Jetts values Be a positive, supportive team member To understand, follow and promote Jetts policies, procedures and operational standards To provide consistent, quality, high service-orientated personal training sessions To provide quality, high service-orientated Accelerate pack sessions To provide quality, high service-orientated Orientations for new members Assist in ensuring the Club is clean and well presented at all times To participate in all Club Team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Club Manager To actively engage and participate in Club events That weekly direct debit Premises Access Fees are paid and up to date To complete and participate in FastTrack training and other training opportunities provided by Jetts Support Office General: Respect all Jetts Values Always aim to uphold a customer centric focus through the Jetts Vision, Mission and Values within the team, providing support and guidance to the team as required Always support and ensure all team members abide by company policies and procedures Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and full Jetts uniform Respect the people within the organisation including team members, partners, business owners or any other person of contact
