We are looking for a Digital Operations Manager (Next Best Action) who is agile and innovative to support the Digital Operations group. The role is ideally based in Belgium, Germany, or the UK. Other European countries can also be considered.
About the role
As part of our digital transformation journey, we aim to add value to our Patient Value Units (PVU) brand strategies via new technologies, business process optimizations, and analytical expertise. You will build innovative end-to-end digital programs creating seamless experiences across channels, devices, and technologies for external stakeholders and patients. You will be responsible for our external stakeholder engagement tools and processes used by field teams.
Who you’ll work with
Internal stakeholders including IT, medical, legal, and compliance teams.
What you’ll do
* Understand the business requirements of internal stakeholders at regional and local levels.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement digital solutions.
* Foster collaboration among stakeholders, including business units, IT, legal, and compliance.
* Lead a cross-functional team as product owner of our Next Best Action engine (Salesforce Marketing Cloud-based) to optimize healthcare professional engagement strategies.
* Lead a vendor team responsible for the technical development of the engine.
* Establish data collection, quality, process improvements, and governance foundations for digital solutions.
* Guide the analytics team to enhance personalized stakeholder engagement solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
* Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Veeva; interest in digital channels and media.
* Experience with orchestration engines & journey solutions (e.g., Verso Engine, SFMC).
* Apply agile methodologies for project delivery.
* Strong analytical skills, especially in business case analysis and channel performance insights.
* Experience with AI-based digital solutions.
* Effective at presenting and influencing senior management decisions.
* Healthcare or pharma experience is a plus.
* Willingness to travel up to 20% depending on location.
