Role Summary To provide support across Recruitment, Systems & Payroll, Learning & Development and Employee Relations. The successful candidate will be a highly organised and will be able to work with a generalist approach to the different functions within the People Team. Role Responsibilities
1. Perform a variety of professional and administrative human resources activities
2. Provide note taking support to our Employee Relations function
3. Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
4. Work alongside the L&D team to ensure induction materials are up to date, deliver courses where required and maintain our Learning Management System
5. Support the Recruitment team in the management of vacancies, RTW checks and supplier audits
6. Provide advisory support to the business
7. Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times¿

8. Ability to communicate at all levels
9. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
10. Ability to work on own initiative
11. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
12. Very strong customer focus
13. Self-starter able to multi-task
14. Excellent attention to detail
15. Is pro-active and takes accountability
16. Min 2 Years HR/People Team experience at advisor level

19. To undertake project work as required
20. Efficient use of Microsoft word and excel to update any appropriate documents/reports
