Assembly Technician (Full Time)
Job type: Full-time.
Location: Malmesbury SN16.
Our client designs and manufactures agricultural machinery used worldwide. We’re seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our production team and work on final assembly across a wide range of products with precision, care, and efficiency.
Skills Required
* Mechanical assembly & fitting - including bearings, sprockets, gearboxes, etc.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and technical diagrams
* Operation of hand and power tools
* Working to specified timescales and tolerances
* Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues
* Knowledge of relevant safety standards
* Keenness and interest to learn and develop within the role
* A reasonable level of strength and fitness, as the role includes manual handling
Beneficial but Not Critical
* Electrical assembly experience
* Crane certificate
* Scissor lift licence
* Forklift licence
