What You'll Be Doing
1. Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across social housing properties.
2. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and efficiently.
3. Ensure all work meets current safety standards and regulations.
4. Work closely with the maintenance team to manage and complete work orders.
5. Inspect and test electrical systems to identify potential risks or issues.
6. Keep accurate job records, including materials used and time spent.
7. Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, delivering excellent customer service.
