Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end management of new product timelines, from concept to launch.
· Understand the critical path for each product and create/manage timelines in line with internal and external launch dates.
· Present weekly status updates, highlighting project risks, progress and issues.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take accountability for critical path milestones and delivery commitments.
· Work closely with a range suppliers, including hosting and managing weekly calls.
Collaborate with internal specialists to gather information and present in a digestible format.
· Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
· Experience in project management, ideally within NPD, FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods.
· Proven track record of managing end-to-end product development lifecycles.
· Strong understanding of critical path management and cross-functional coordination.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to hold teams accountable.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience creating high-level updates.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Confident, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
